Abstract: The practice of mechanical direct seeding technique is a key approach for rice production in the future. On the basis of many years of research and demonstration, the technique of hybrid rice in Sichuan Basin has been formed. In the paper, the development trend of the technique is discussed, and the technical problems need to be solved and further perfected is put forward.
